Abstract
The American Constitution Society and University of Minnesota Law Democrats hosted a Supreme Court Vacancy forum with U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar and Former U.S. Vice President Walter Mondale at the University of Minnesota Law School. The discussion focused on understanding how the current SCOTUS vacancy differs from Mr. Mondale's experience in the Senate, current thoughts on the nomination, and identifying any precedent shifts for future Supreme Court nominees.
