Alexander (‘77) of Minnesota’s 4th Judicial District and Professor Francis X. Shen, moderated by Dean Garry W. Jenkins, about how implicit bias operates, how it manifests itself in the courtroom, and how it might be mitigated in the American criminal justice system.
